By submitting an inquiry or quote request form on the Site, or by providing your phone number and email address, you expressly consent to receive communications from Hogan Roofing regarding your project, including email, phone calls, and automated SMS/text updates regarding your estimate or service inquiries. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

This includes promotional offers, updates, and service information. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the email or by contacting us directly.

Additionally, if you provide your email address during phone communications, Hogan Roofing will seek verbal consent to send emails regarding our services, offers, or updates. By agreeing during such interactions, you consent to receiving email communications as described.

Any claim you may have arising out of these Terms or the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such claim is permanently barred.

Hogan Roofing shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, or failure of third-party providers.

These Terms of Use shall be written and interpreted in the English language.

20 Text Message (SMS) Program Terms

Program description and message types. Hogan Roofing operates a text message program for homeowners who request a free roof estimate. Transactional messages include confirmation that we received your request, inspection scheduling, appointment reminders, status updates on an estimate or active project, and direct replies to your questions. Marketing messages include seasonal offers and free inspection reminders, and require a separate opt-in. We do not send messages to purchased, rented, or third-party lists.

How to opt in. Text messages are sent only to individuals who submitted our estimate form and affirmatively checked the applicable consent box. Both consent boxes are unchecked by default, are optional, and are not required to submit the form or to receive service. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency, rates and cost. Message frequency may vary. Typically you will receive between two and five messages over the course of your project, concentrated around scheduling. Message and data rates may apply, and any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Hogan Roofing does not charge for text messages.

How to opt out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further messages. To rejoin, submit the estimate form again and check the consent box, or ask us directly. Transactional and marketing consent are recorded separately, and you may withdraw either one.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at (407) 917-4049 or office@hoganroofs.com. Our team responds during normal business hours.

Supported carriers and carrier liability. Our program supports major mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and Google Voice, as well as certain smaller regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and to network availability, and is outside of Hogan Roofing's control.

Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our text message program. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder for, or have authority to consent on behalf of the account holder for, the mobile number provided.

Privacy. Mobile numbers and text message consent are never sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including their own marketing. The only exception is the messaging provider that delivers texts on our behalf, which processes your number solely to send the messages you requested.
